POLICY

 

PICK-UP:

We are on a relatively quiet residential street, so please respect our neighbors and their driveways. Parking is only on our side of the street. Feel free to park in front of the "PLANT LOADING ONLY" sign when shopping. Please wear a mask and keep your distance if another guest is picking up already. 

LOCAL DELIVERY: 

We are but one man and a van and ask for your flexibility with delivery. Generally, we do not take same-day deliveries. Once then order is placed we will confirm the delivery plan with you. We will contact the recipient before attempting delivery to help decrease missed deliveries. 

Portland & South Portland - $15
Falmouth, Westbrook, & Scarborough - $20
Cape Elizabeth, Cumberland, & Yarmouth - $25

DELIVERY AWAY:

Our focus is to be your local plant shop. Therefore we offer nationwide shipping on only a handful of items, mostly dried wreaths & clothing. 

SATISFACTION:

We get it. Sometimes you just don’t like it when you see it in person. And every plant specimen is different. And sometimes we just make mistakes. It is never our intention to send out a less than awesome plant, but a happy customer is the kind we want. 

If the plant dies or you find evidence of a pest problem within three days of the customer receiving it we will replace the plant at no cost. Please send us pictures to info@plantoffice.net or text them to 207-613-4314 within that window. 

If we delivered to you, we will pick up & exchange or refund you for the plant.  We will retain the delivery charge to cover the labor.

We cannot take responsibility for plants past the five-day mark. Most plants have been with us in the shop for at least a few weeks and any major problems will have been discovered by then.
